Responsibilities
- Create and refine user guides, manuals, journey maps, and approval documents
- Collaborate with SMEs to document procedures, configurations, and technical processes
- Standardise and automate templates ensuring ISM and DSPF compliance
- Translate complex content for multiple audiences, including internal tech teams and end users
Desired Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience preparing service and technical documentation in complex ICT environments
- Ability to work across teams and extract relevant information for documentation
- Experience designing templates and automating compliance-aligned content
