As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in managing the relationships between landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. The successful candidate will possess high attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a flexible approach to problem-solving. This position requires a Class 1 or 2 License or Assistant Agent Certificate, a current Driver's License, and a demonstration of high maturity levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Interact with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure positive and professional relationships.

Work towards deadlines and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Embrace a flexible approach to property management, combining proven traditional and modern methods.

No Weekends:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Residential Property Management
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Solution-focused mindset.
  • Class 1 or 2 License or Assistant Agent Certificate.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • High level of maturity.
