About the role

The following skills are highly desired:

- Property Management certificate of registration or licence holder
- 1 + years property management experience
- Proficiency with computer programs including Property Tree and Inspection Manager

Duties in this position will include:

- Marketing and advertising properties for lease
- Collect rent and manage arrears
- Daily banking
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Organise tribunal matters and attend on behalf of the landlord
- Coordinate lease signing and lease renewal appointments
- Undertake other assignments as required

Applicants must have a valid driver's licence and access to their own vehicle. Salary package is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Skills and experience

1 + years property management experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (required)

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
