As Category Manager, you'll be the operational lead for a specific apparel category — owning the journey from concept through to market performance. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape a category, bring fresh ideas, and see the tangible results of their work in market.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to turn big-picture strategies into action, collaborating with design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver products that customers love — and that hit commercial targets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
  • Manage product development and lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Identify trends, market gaps, and innovation opportunities.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating on cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to create impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in category, product, or brand management (apparel experience required).
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a creative eye for product.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
