Aid Station is growing and we are looking for a Category Manager to take our sports nutrition, apparel and performance categories to new heights. This is a key new role where you will shape our product strategy, secure partnerships with global and local brands, and bring exciting products to market.

You will jump into everything from category planning and supplier negotiations to campaign execution, making sure our customers get the right products at exactly the right time. If you love blending data with creativity, this role will keep you energised. You will spot trends before they peak, lock in the best deals with suppliers, secure brand funding, and collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns that grab attention and drive results.

Your work will directly influence our growth and help continue to build Aid Station as the go-to destination for sports performance and nutrition.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own category strategy, range planning and performance outcomes
  • Negotiate trading terms, supplier funding and build joint business plans
  • Partner with leading brands to deliver must-have products and compelling campaigns
  • Analyse sales and margin data to make smart, data-led decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to launch new products and promotions

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years in Category Management, Buying or Commercial roles with FMCG or apparel experience highly regarded
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and supplier relationship experience
  • Confident using data and insights to drive decision-making
  • Collaborative, organised and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced business
  • Passionate about sport, health and performance products
