As a Category Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our apparel category. You will lead the operational strategy and own the journey from concept to market performance.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about product development and lifecycle management. If you have experience in managing supplier relationships, negotiating on cost, quality, and timelines, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field, and 3+ years' experience in category, product, or brand management (apparel experience required). They will also possess strong commercial and analytical skills, a creative eye for product, and excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills.

About this Role

  • Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
  • Manage product development and lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Identify trends, market gaps, and innovation opportunities.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating on cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to create impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in category, product, or brand management (apparel experience required).
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a creative eye for product.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills.
