ABOUT HBKR Boutique

HAIR BY KATHY RICHARDSON is ready to recruit a new SENIOR stylist to join our team located in our new salon at Robina.

We pride ourselves as a BLONDE SPECIALITY SALON for women with medium to long hair. Yes thats right No short hair including mens cuts

We LOVE COLOUR and believe it's all about the blend, keeping creative in a small dynamic team, all with the same mindset and positive vibes.

We offer extended appointment time allocations so we get quality over quantity. Working on the ratio of two / three colour clients in an 8hr day.

Salon is relaxed and friendly as we deliver beautiful hair and have a few laughs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

SENIOR STYLIST with minimum 5 years experience in salon

Part-time or casual hrs per week.

Casual

Trading hrs Tuesday to Saturday, with options of a 4 day week - We are all about work/life balance to ensure your career journey is both satisfying & rewarding.

Essential to your role is a friendly professional approach, willingness to learn,

Previous experience with Weft extensions a plus but not essential.

Must LOVE blondes, foiling & creative colour & working with long hair.

Passion and desire to develop your craft.

Work well in a team environment where we are respectful and supportive of our hair family and guests.

Time management and organisation skills, problem solving using your initiative and to be self motivated.
