Skin Mind Beauty and Hair is a modern, organic-focused salon located on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on employing only the best in the industry—highly qualified and passionate beauty therapists and hair stylists. Our team is positive, professional, and supportive, and we're committed to providing exceptional customer care and exceeding expectations in everything we do.

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking a dynamic Senior Hairdresser or Creative Hair Stylist to join our team. You'll be part of a friendly, motivated group of professionals and enjoy a wonderful, caring work environment.

  • Qualified hairdresser or 2nd year or above

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Passion for hair and beauty

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of hair treatments and services

  • Achieve personal and team targets

  • Attend team meetings and ongoing education sessions

  • Maintain efficient client records and follow-up

  • Contribute to salon promotions and customer care initiatives

  • Uphold exceptional grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

  • Foster a welcoming and caring environment for clients and colleagues
