About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Senior Hair Stylist to join our founding salon team. This is an opportunity to help shape the culture and reputation of a prestige destination for hair. You'll work with premium tools, professional products, and a clientele who value quality, consistency, and care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services
  • Collaborate on in-salon education and style direction
  • Offer personalised consultations using your knowledge of premium haircare
  • Build and maintain loyal client relationships in a luxury environment
  • Support junior stylists and help create a supportive, inspiring team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior stylist role
  • Strong colour knowledge and advanced cutting/styling skills
  • Passion for premium products and delivering exceptional service
  • Confidence, consulting with clients on hair goals and product recommendations
  • A love for modern hair trends and a polished, professional approach
