We are looking for a technically proficient and experienced Bookkeeper to support our Finance and Business Operations teams with accurate, reliable financial management and reporting.

Who You Are

What You've Done

• You have hands-on experience managing financial records and transactions with accuracy and reliability
• You've worked in Xero, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts, and supporting payroll preparation
• You've prepared end-of-month (EOM) reports and accruals, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time
• You've created and maintained detailed spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to track and reconcile financial data
• You have a track record of maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and organization across multiple financial systems
• You've successfully managed your workload independently in a remote environment

Bonus

• You've supported project costing and helped track financial performance at a project or department level
• You've worked within a digital agency or project-based business where accuracy and adaptability are essential
• You've contributed to improving bookkeeping processes or documentation for a distributed or remote team

What You'll Do at XWP

• Process and maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable
• Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage project costing entries and reporting
• Prepare end-of-month (EOM) workpapers and accruals
• Ensure all financial data is accurate, timely, and compliant with internal controls

What Success Looks Like

• Month-end reconciliations and reports completed accurately and on time
• Financial data remains consistent, complete, and audit-ready
• Strong communication and collaboration with Finance and Business Operations teams
• Proactive identification and resolution of discrepancies or process gaps
