We are seeking Track Workers to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the construction, maintenance and repair of rail track infrastructure, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You'll work as part of a team in a variety of environments — including remote locations and all-weather conditions — helping to keep Australia's rail network safe and operational.

Job Requirements

• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure (or working towards completion)
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Current Safeworking Accreditation / Track Access Permit (desirable)
• C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a CAT 3 Rail Medical Assessment
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair of rail track infrastructure
• Safely use hand tools, machinery and equipment as directed
• Complete pre-starts, Take 5s and report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Follow all site, client and RMC safety policies and procedures
• Work under track protection as directed by Safeworking Supervisors
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
• Support a safety-first culture through proactive participation
• Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
