**About the Role**

We are thrilled to be looking for the newest
**State Manager** based in
**Tasmania**, Due to retirement we are on the lookout for a capable, innovative, and dynamic leader to join our Tasmanian team reporting directly to our
**VIC/TAS Regional Sales Manager**. This role will have you using your sales and client sales management experience to maximise results, and continuously establish our brand name as the company that can solve your insulation problems and can create solutions with high-quality products and outcomes.

As the
** State Manag**er, we are also looking for someone who is skilled in warehousing, distribution, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and quality delivery to our clients and ensure all team members always follow and respect our EHS guidelines. As the State Manager you will be very analytical and will be able to find opportunities within your business. This role is great for someone who enjoys inspiring, motivating, and encouraging their team. It also will require a hands-on approach and not be afraid to of assisting in any area of the business.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience as a State Leader
- Ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Knowledge and Experience of setting & managing budgets and KPI’s
- Operational experience in Manufacturing/Distribution
- Strong understanding of EHS in the workplace
- Personable leadership style that can influence their team
- Understanding of managing and analysing a P&L
- Strong industry experience in building or insulation
- Effective and timely problem-solving capability
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Proven track record of developing and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Confident in presenting to clients and teams
