The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Process general sales enquiries, quotations, and orders via phone and email
  • Provide customers with accurate technical information and solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Promote Metroll's products and services to both existing and new customers
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently

About You

  • Proven selling skills with the ability to develop repeat business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Able to work collaboratively in a motivated and high-performing team environment
