At The Resistance, we create cult-status burgers, cocktails, and experiences. We're on the hunt for a driven, reliable, and hungry chef who wants to grow into a leadership role over the next few years.

If you're hardworking, love learning, and want to be part of a creative, growing team — we'll train you, mentor you, and give you the tools to lead.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Able to work 20–25 hours per week (with flexibility)

Available to work at least one weekend day (Sat or Sun)

Committed to staying with us for a minimum of 1 year

Previous experience as a Chef

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in burgers, fried chicken, or high-volume kitchens

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
