The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne, Regional Victoria and interstate.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a casual Client Services Representative who brings enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to providing top-notch service. This busy front-of-house role requires you to be the welcoming face of MVSC, ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional.

  • Minimum 2 years' reception or client services experience (essential)

  • Experience in veterinary or health industries (highly regarded)

  • Initiative and adaptability with strong multitasking skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vets via phone, email, and in-person

  • Team player with reliability and flexibility

  • A calm, empathetic approach to customer interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients professionally and warmly at all times

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and referring veterinarians

  • Answer telephones and manage communications

  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently

  • Maintain accurate client files and records

  • Organise post and couriers

  • Process payments and finalise transactions

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
