About the role:

A vacancy exists for a motivated and experienced full-time mortgage broker to join a top performance mortgage company and the ideal candidate will work closely with an MPA Top 35 Brokerage to establish a long term relationship with existing clients and explore any opportunities to grow with the business. You will be fully supported by our operation and marketing team. You'll receive ongoing coaching , sales training and leads, plus access to plenty of learning and development options.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on application progress and proactively addressing additional documentation needs.
• Communicate with professionals like conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, valuers to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and legislation, ensuring thorough understanding of loan products and policies.
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy and professionalism
• Building your own referral network – an established referral network is advantageous.
• Ability to manage clients, close deals, and deliver results
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Preferred but not essential).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar sales role within the banking/finance industry
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, but not essential.
