About the client: Our client is a well-established, South Australian-owned retailer specialising in high-quality window furnishings. With decades of industry experience and multiple showrooms across the state, they're known for exceptional service and a strong commitment to their customers and their team members.

A casual position is now available in their Norwood showroom While this will be your main location, you may occasionally assist at other stores, including Gepps Cross and Mount Barker.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and support customers in the showroom and via phone/email
  • Provide consultative service, guiding customers through product options, design choices, and measurements
  • Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth orders, delivery, and installation
  • Manage admin tasks, customer enquiries, and maintain showroom presentation
