About You

  • You hold a Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW
  • Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants
  • Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting

*The Role*
As an Assistant Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, client centered services of your allocated team whilst ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, and EPs
  • Foster a collaborative, communicative, and positive team culture
  • Provide expert support through quality assurance and strategic reviews
  • Support the Area Manager with team growth targets and annual business planning
  • Manage team performance and ensure financial, customer, and quality KPIs are met
  • Balance clinical expertise with operational delivery to maintain high service standards
