About the role

Are you an experienced Barista looking for a casual role serving delicious coffee and creating a great customer experience in a thriving Gold Coast cafe? Bellachino Coffee is seeking an enthusiastic Barista / All-rounder to join our team in Mermaid Waters.

What you'll be doing

  • Expertly preparing a wide range of coffee beverages to the highest standards
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Ensuring the cafe counter, equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Assisting with café operations as needed, including food preparation, stock control and cash handling
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to provide an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Australian work rights required for this position
