**What will you be doing?**:
Communications
- Provide detailed and informative responses, demonstrating industry and Market Index knowledge

Data management
- Ensure that company data is accurate and up to date.
- Update live data to ensure information provided to users is accurate and up to date.
- Manage user account renewals and closures

**What background are we looking for**:

- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with financial markets and terminology preferred
- Previous experience in customer support or data entry roles is an advantage
