Adelaide's newest rooftop bar and restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team. Set on level 6 atop the George Hotel, Soda is scheduled to open early November. The venue will offer top quality food, great vibes, and ocean views - and we're building a team that's passionate, ambitious, and all about delivering a great experience.

Restaurant Manager duties will include:

  • Overseeing daily venue operations, service standards, and guest experience
  • Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver genuine, high-quality hospitality
  • Manage rosters, reservations, and inventory alongside the Venue Manager
  • Supervise staff
  • Opening and Closing duties
  • Cash handling
  • Drive sales, implement promotions, and contribute to business growth
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience managing or supervising a restaurant
  • Leads with a hands-on, front-of-house approach
  • Possesses strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Presents professionally and builds genuine rapport with guests
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a true passion for hospitality
  • Has both their RSA and RP badge
