About the role

Sable Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Aged Care Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Coburg, VIC. As an Aged Care Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to residents in aged care facilities, ensuring their medication needs are met with the utmost professionalism and expertise. This is a part-time position, offering a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • DAAs preparation

  • Nursing home order preparation

  • Pharmacotherapy dispensing

  • Customer service and counselling

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards in the provision of pharmaceutical care

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Registered pharmacist with a current AHPRA registration

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in aged care pharmacy practice

  • Strong clinical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred pharmaceutical care
