About the role

Sable Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in our Coburg, VIC location. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and seamless operations of our community pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the pharmacy industry and contribute to the health and wellbeing of our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the dispensing of prescription medications under the supervision of our pharmacists

  • Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive in-store experience

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and replenishing stock as needed

  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and general office duties

  • Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance

  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy
