We are seeking an Associate-level Mechanical Engineer with a strong building services background to play a key role in delivering a major transport infrastructure project in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team full of energy, collaboration, and thought leadership.

About the Role
  • Lead and contribute to mechanical engineering design for complex transport infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor's or higher).
  • 10+ years' experience in building services engineering, ideally on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
  • Proven consulting experience within the building services sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
