Enterprise Business Development Manager- New Logo SaaS Sales (AU/NZ)
Role Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager (eBDM)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Remote (preference for Sydney or Melbourne)
Travel: Required (mainly to Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Wellington), majority of client engagement remote

About the Role
The Enterprise Business Development Manager is responsible for building FYB's greenfield pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, focused on new logo acquisition in the information and data governance space. This role will lead enterprise sales for two key platforms – Archive360 (application retirement and data archiving) and Monarch EDRMS (SharePoint-based document and records management).Success in this role will come from rapidly generating qualified pipeline, securing long-term recurring revenue clients, and identifying opportunities for associated professional services work.Are you a hunter who thrives on building greenfield pipeline and closing complex SaaS deals with government and enterprise clients?
FYB is a leader in information and data governance solutions. We're expanding across Australia and New Zealand and are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to take two of our flagship platforms to market:

Archive360 – application retirement and data archiving at enterprise scale.

Monarch EDRMS – SharePoint-based enterprise document and records management.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new logo acquisition across government, Tier One, and regulated industries.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for Archive360 and Monarch across AU/NZ.

Lead tender responses and submissions end-to-end.

Establish and grow strategic relationships with partners, including Archive360 and Monarch, to co-sell into the enterprise market.

Work closely with FYB consultants, presales specialists, and technical teams to design and deliver client solutions.

Transition towards self-sufficiency in product demonstrations and client engagements over time.

Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align sales strategies with FYB's mission and values.

Represent FYB with integrity, innovation, teamwork, and transparency in all client interactions.

Proven track record selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.

Strong exposure to government and Tier One enterprise sales.

Demonstrated success in leading and winning tenders (essential).

Experience in data governance, information management, records management, or GRC software preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and technology partners.

Comfortable working in long-cycle, consultative sales environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

High level of self-motivation, resilience, and ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
