About the Role

JBS Australia are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, focused on Employee Relations (ER), to join our Northern Operations business. In this newly created position, you will partner with the Northern business to provide ER services which support the site HR teams, business objectives, a high-performance culture and employee engagement. These services include performance management advice, management of investigations, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and relevant strategic HR initiatives.

Your business partners will include the Northern head office, Hemmant cold store, and five processing plants, five feedlots across Queensland and New South Wales.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role
  • Previous experience in FMCG and/or other relevant industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in managing varied and conflicting demands
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while also being a collaborative team member
  • Highly proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
