**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time HR Manager to join the Group P&C team on a permanent full-time basis at the Northern Operations Head Office in Riverview, Ipswich.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Develop, implement and monitor effective HR management strategies, policies and plans.
- Provide support to other Managers in areas such as recruitment and selection practices, and appropriate induction, training and development programs
- Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance individual and team performance.
- Act as a representative of the organization during negotiations with unions and employees regarding compensation and employment conditions.
- Lead HR internal audit and supervise employment termination policies.
- Drive annal HR activities such as remuneration reviews, employment cost effective analyses, annual bonus program and mentoring programs.
- Organize employee training and development opportunities, provide advice on workplace relation and staff management.

**About you**:

- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum five years of experience in HR management
- Strong communication skills with excellent listening and interaction skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects simultaneously
- Approachable and enthusiastic
