About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in formwork/carpentry or extensive exposure to FRP works. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role on upcoming FIFO/DIDO projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring smooth delivery of works.
  • Manage crews, subcontractors, and materials on site.
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental requirements are met.
  • Report progress to project management and assist with scheduling.
About You
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the civil or construction industry.
  • Background in formwork/carpentry or strong exposure to FRP works is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies and standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
