We're looking for a Marketing & Events Manager who can blend creative storytelling with strategic execution — someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, content, and community engagement.

About the Role

As our Marketing & Events Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns and delivering an exciting calendar of industry-leading events. From SEO and Google Ads to conferences and webinars, you'll drive brand growth across both the digital and real-world stages.

Your role will be central to expanding our reach, generating leads, and amplifying the voice of the Justice Network across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling and on-brand content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Event Management: Plan and deliver our calendar of conferences, webinars, and networking events — from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Brand Growth: Build and protect the Justice Network's brand presence across digital and print channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign and event performance using analytics tools, and provide insights to continuously improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in legal marketing, automation, and digital advertising to identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and/or event management
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. MailerLite, HubSpot, or similar).
