Client Details

A well-established Japanese car parts manufacturer is is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team near Parramatta. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow into a Sales Representative role over time.

This is an on-site position, so candidates must be able to work from the office.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales within the automotive industry.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to daily and project-based inquiries from aftermarket customers and distributors
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Research emerging markets, new products, and competitor activity
  • Track and manage the progress of ongoing projects
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
  • Assist in preparing and negotiating contracts
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Support with other ad-hoc tasks as required

Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in customer service, sales administration, or business development
  • Engineering degree is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Interest in Japanese business culture or Japanese language skills preferred
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel as required
