We are looking for a diverse Casual Guest Services Team Member who has a hands on approach and a passion for creating an entertaining and FUN environment for our team and customers

This role contributes to Super Bowl's success by:-

  • Ensuring all our customer service is met.
  • Work with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of SUPER BOWL MELVILLE

To be a success in the role you must have:

  • Superior customer service skills with a strong sales focus
  • Prior experience in a related field desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and ability to demonstrate initiative whilst always maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow direction from the Centre Manager
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and superior time management skills
  • Cash handling experience with the ability to follow and adapt to Super Bowl's policies and procedures
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to create a fun and friendly atmosphere
  • Flexible approach to working hours required; with day, evening and WEEKEND availability. While this position is initially for a minimum 25hrs per week, there is scope for this to increase
  • Must have Approved Manager's and WWC Certificates or willingness to obtain them immediately.
