The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional individual to join our dealership as a Service Receptionist.

You will be based in our call centre and will be carrying out customer experience duties such as:

  • Answering the phone - directing calls to the right person, taking messages and responding to general enquiries.
  • Answering and booking vehicle service customers.
  • Answering email enquiries for vehicle servicing, recalls and parts.
  • Making outbound service reminder calls to our customers.
  • Making after service follow up calls to our customers.
  • Data entry.
  • Assisting with other general administration duties.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess;

  • Customer service skills in both person and over the phone.
  • Experience with the 'TUNE' dealer management system will be highly regarded.
  • Prior Toyota dealer experience will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Be well presented and professional.
  • You will have been in a previous call centre position.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and time management skills.
