**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Melville. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge on all aspects of front of house bodyshop reception in the smash repair industry.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

**Does this sound like you?**
- ** Proven experience within a Customer Service position (Essential))**:

- ** Knowledge of iBody, Repx, invoicing and all aspects of great customer care**:

- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
