About The Role

As a Team Leader - Advice Delivery, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring your team to provide outstanding financial and retirement advice to our members. You will work closely with your team members, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and equipped to perform at their best. Your leadership will be essential in promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Day To Day, You'll
- Lead and motivate a team of advice professionals to deliver high-quality intra-fund advice.
- Drive performance and capability development to meet current and future business needs.
- Champion member outcomes through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Manage escalations, complaints, and complex member requests.
- Collaborate on harmonisation initiatives to enhance the advice experience.

About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. You foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing clear goals and consistent feedback. Your deep understanding of financial advice and regulatory requirements ensures the team delivers exceptional service.
- You have proven leadership, people management and coaching experience.
- You meet the Relevant Providers Education and Training Standards and are able to be appointed to provide personal advice to retail clients.
- You have experience in identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and developing strategies.
- You have excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
