We are looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to be part of our national firm, joining the growing team at our Brisbane office.

Your new role
You will be an integral part of the Property team, providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients and running files from start to finish.

Your Variety Of Work Will Include

  • Act as an initial contact for property/commercial client legal enquiries and run matters from start to finish
  • Draft legal documents including, agreements and other relevant material
  • Conduct title searches, zoning, rates and other relevant documents are completed in line with regulations and procedures
  • Ensure that all special conditions in the contract are detailed and fulfilled prior to settlement
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
  • Scope to develop your conveyancing skills to cover different tenures across most Australian jurisdictions

You Will Bring To The Role

  • 2+ years' experience in a Property Paralegal role;
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail;
  • Provide high quality, proactive and responsive client service;
  • Be proficient in MS365 adaptable to new systems and technology;
  • Previous experience with a practice management system (particularly ActionStep) highly advantageous;
  • Be highly organised, able to plan and prioritise work to meet key deadlines; and
  • Show initiative and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
