We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal or Contracts Administrator to take ownership of contract issuing, tracking and CRM management throughout the sales lifecycle. This is a highly organised, process-driven position that sits at the heart of our sales operations; supporting our sales team, external agents, solicitors, third parties and customers to ensure contracts and agreements are issued, monitored and maintained with precision.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in property law or contract law who enjoys working in a fast-moving property environment. Experience in real estate administration or property sales support is also highly regarded.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Issuing, preparing and administering Contracts of Sale in accordance with approved templates and legal advice
- Managing contract workflows, key dates and conditions through to unconditional status
- Tracking and following up deposit payments and confirming receipt of funds
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records within the CRM system
- Coordinating correspondence between buyers, agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders
- Preparing and managing Form 6s, agency agreements and third-party agreements
- Assisting with contract-related reporting, including sales status and settlement tracking
- Ensuring all documentation is correctly executed, stored and compliant with internal processes
- Supporting the sales team with contract administration and general sales support tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in law (property law / contract law preferred)
- Experience issuing and preparing Contracts of Sale
- Strong understanding of contract processes, key dates and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable using CRMs and maintaining accurate records
- Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their work
- Real Estate experience highly regarded
