We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department on a full-time permanent basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engage members, and deliver commercial goals.

Working closely with the Design and Marketing teams, you'll create on-brand digital and print materials, from membership initiatives to event collateral, ensuring all creative output is clear, compelling, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Design engaging digital and print materials, including event collateral, advertising, EDMs and social media content
  • Deliver on-brand artwork consistent across all MRC touchpoints, including the Caulfield Cup Carnival
  • Interpret briefs creatively and apply strong layout, colour, and typography principles
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Membership and Events teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Stay across design trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Creative Industries, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft suite
  • Interest in branding and visual identity is desirable
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail specifically with layout and typography
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • Experience with After Effects and a knowledge of the racing industry advantageous
