What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

This role is pivotal, working closely with our Estimation and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

  • Client Collaboration:
    Meet with clients to interpret their concepts, understand their communication goals, and turn them into actionable designs.
  • Design & Production:
    Prepare precise layouts, mock-ups, and shop drawings using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Brand Development:
    Develop core graphical elements (colour palettes, typography, pictograms) and apply them effectively across wayfinding and signage schemes.
  • Documentation:
    Create design guidelines and reports.
  • Coordination:
    Manage proofs, coordinate seamlessly with the Production team, and liaise with external suppliers.

What You'll Bring (Essential Requirements):

  • Signage Industry Experience is a must
    for eligibility.
  • Highly proficient
    in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
    and the ability to produce work quickly and accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of adapting to issues that arise on large, fast-paced projects.
  • A positive
    "can-do" attitude
    , excellent work ethic, and a collaborative team spirit.
