Generator Power / Himoinsa, Spanish manufacture of generators and lighting towers part of Yanmar group. Our main warehouse is in Revesby-Sydney with branches in all capital cities. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a dedicated person to join our dynamic team and work alongside other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential partners or clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and operations) to align strategies and deliver client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business performance metrics and sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and client visits.
