The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail background and a genuine interest in caravanning and RVs. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers in-store and over the phone, assisting with product advice, sales, and general enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product advice and recommendations
  • Process sales through our POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone and online enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
  • Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customers receive outstanding service
  • Support online orders and customer pickups when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous retail or customer service experience essential
  • Experience or knowledge of caravans, RVs, or camping equipment highly regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle manual lifting and stock movement
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
