Our national client is seeking a Branch Office Manager for one their Perth offices located south of Perth.

A varied and busy position, the right person will have come from an industrial like business. If you have worked as an assistant manager and is looking to step up to the office manager position, this could be the opportunity for you.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked in industrial administration and has supervised a small team, is driven, with a happy disposition. We are looking for that go getter person who thrives on challenges and loves to think for themselves, but ask if unsure.

THE ROLE:

  • Subcontractor invoicing
  • Working with Councils - monitoring data in system and assisting with responses
  • Service confirmations
  • Assist the operations team with reporting
  • Collate information for client invoicing
  • Assist with sales invoicing, sales order reconciliations
  • Review debtors and handle debtor queries when required
  • QSE compliance
  • Onboarding all new staff
  • BIO security revenue reporting for COO and State Manager
  • Payroll review all site staff
  • Provide assistance to State Manager & Council when required
  • Oversee the second Perth branch and travel at times to this branch

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum two years in a similar role (or assistant office manager ready to step up
  • Happy to travel to other offices if and when required
  • Experience in industrial services highly desireable
  • Ability to lead a small team
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Great communicator/leader.
  • Happy to step in and assist team when required
  • Ability to pick up new electronic systems easily
  • Excellent attention to detail required for this positon
