Our work blends creativity, precision and technology to bring visionary projects to life — from concept through to immersive sales experiences.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Finance and Office Manager to support our growing business. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and days, offering the right candidate the opportunity to play a key role in keeping our studio running smoothly across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management

  • General administration duties — maintaining office equipment and supplies across all offices (Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Italy)
  • Assisting staff with travel arrangements and logistics
  • Coordinating basic IT requirements and liaising with support providers
  • Overseeing supplier relationships and service agreements

2. Accounts & Finance

  • Assisting with month-end processes, including receipting supplier invoices and issuing client invoices
  • Supporting weekly reconciliation queries and following up debtors
  • Assisting with monthly payroll preparation notes
  • Managing subscriptions and purchases
  • Supporting financial reporting and compliance administration

3. People & Culture

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including issuing contracts
  • Organising office social club initiatives and employee events
  • Supporting culture and engagement initiatives across offices

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 4–6 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Xero
  • Demonstrated bookkeeping and accounts experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
