Yes, you read that right – a winery in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

We're not your average bar, and we're not looking for your average bartender. We're a city-based cellar door, pouring seriously good wine without taking ourselves too seriously. If you know your Shiraz from your Syrah and can carry three plates while cracking a joke, you might be the unicorn we're after.

Who you are:

  • You've got experience behind the bar (wine knowledge is a bonus, wine enthusiasm is non-negotiable).
  • You're confident, friendly, and know how to make people feel welcome – whether they're seasoned sommeliers or just here for a glass of something red.
  • You can handle a rush, clear a table, recommend a Pinot, and reset a vibe – sometimes all at once.
  • RSA certified and legally able to work in Australia.

What you'll do:

  • Serve wine, beer, cocktails (yep, we do it all).
  • Chat to customers and make them feel like part of the family.
  • Support day-to-day venue operations – bar, floor, deliveries, a bit of everything.
  • Be part of a small, fun, professional team that values good wine and good times in equal measure.
