Join Our Team at Melbourne Winery – Right in the Heart of the CBD

We're not your average bar — and we're not looking for your average team. Melbourne Winery is a city-based cellar door experience, pouring exceptional wines, crafting quality cocktails, and serving up delicious food in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

As we head into a busy summer and festive season, we're looking for hospitality superstars to join our brand-new venue in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

We're hiring for the following positions:

  • Bar & Floor Supervisors
  • Bartenders
  • Wait Staff
  • Food & Beverage Runners
  • Bar Backs

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (or a genuine eagerness to learn)
  • A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Great communication skills and a sense of fun — you know how to create an unforgettable night for our guests

About you:

  • You have relevant experience in your role (wine knowledge is a plus, wine enthusiasm is essential)
  • You're confident, approachable, and know how to make people feel welcome — whether they're seasoned wine lovers or just exploring
  • You thrive under pressure, multitask with ease, and always bring great energy to service
  • You hold a valid RSA and have the right to work in Australia
