**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**BOSSA NOVA SUSHI** is open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender / All Rounder with a friendly and positive attitude to complement our FOH team. Someone passionate about the hospitality industry who can make, shake and pour

Our drinks list includes high quality half bottles of wine, delicious cocktails including our house special 'Caipirinha', a Japanese whiskey selection, Japanese sake and beer.

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Delivering quality cocktails
- Spirit & cocktail knowledge
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
- Serve tables and deliver exceptional service
- Manage and maintain the bar
