We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH/Bartender to join our team at Bennetts on Bellarine.

This role blends the art of wine service with the energy of front of house hospitality. As a key member of our cellar door team, you'll provide guests with an exceptional experience through knowledgeable wine service, bar operations and engaging customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft wine-based cocktails and serve as needed

  • Assist with winery events, tastings and tours

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bartending, hospitality or FOH service (winery experience is a plus) preferred but not essential

  • RSA

  • POS/Cash handling

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.00 – $48.00 per hour
