Kat the Label is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our brand new boutique on High Street, Armadale. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, fashion-forward brand, working in a beautifully curated space that reflects our premium aesthetic and empowering brand values.

We're looking for someone who understands and embodies the Kat the Label vision - confident, customer focused and aligned with our design-led, fashion conscious approach.

You'll be an integral part of the team during our busiest season (November to January), so full availability during this period (including weekends and public holidays) is essential.

For the right candidate, there is potential for the role to extend beyond January, offering the chance to continue as a valued member of the KTL team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create genuine, welcoming connections with every customer, delivering a high-end, personalised level of service
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest standard, highlighting new arrivals and core styles
  • Provide expert bra fitting services and product knowledge to help every customer find their perfect fit
  • Host and assist Bridal Bar appointments, ensuring an elevated and unforgettable experience for every KTL bride
  • Maintain a clean, organised and inviting retail and back of house environment
  • Support the marketing team with influencer visits and social media content creation when required

About You

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in fashion or boutique retail
  • Passionate about the Kat the Label brand and aligned with our style, values and tone
  • Confident, well presented and a natural people person
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing the store independently
  • Full availability during peak season (Nov-Jan), including weekends and public holidays
