About the Role:
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of Chargrill Charlie's — warmly greeting customers, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every visit is one to remember. You'll work closely with both the front and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth, friendly, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Build rapport with regulars and new guests alike
  • Accurately process transactions and manage the POS
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently and courteously
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area
  • Educate customers on our menu and products
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations

What You'll Need:

  • Willingness to complete all training required for the role

  • Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety is a plus

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $23.23 – $42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
