About the role
LGI Ltd is seeking an experienced Front Office & Culture Champion to support our head office operations in Eagle Farm and bring our values to life every day. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a welcoming face while helping to shape a positive and engaging team culture. Typical hours are 7:00 am–3:00 pm, but we're flexible for the right candidate. Start ASAP.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact, creating a professional and welcoming front office environment.
- Coordinate company events and initiatives, including staff functions, conferences, open days, investor days, and wellbeing programs.
- Manage office presentation, supplies, and key service contracts (fleet, cleaning, facilities).
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with reports, presentations, and day-to-day tasks.
- Deliver high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- A positive, culture-focused team player who leads by example.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and some Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
