  • We're expanding our Online Faculty and seeking Trainer Assessors to join our state-of-the-art Brisbane Head Office. These roles focus on E-Learning and Virtual delivery, supporting students across nationally recognised qualifications.

  • Virtual and E-Learning trainer assessor roles available:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

  • BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
  • BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
  • BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety
  • ICAM Lead Investigator

Casual role based at our Head office in Murarrie with a view to permanent full time. We are looking for E-Learning and Virtual trainer assessors who are student-centric and strive to provide an exceptional and seamless student learning journey.

As a Pinnacle Trainer Assessor, you'll guide and support your student cohort, building a positive and engaging learning environment. We know online and virtual study can be challenging, so you'll play a key role in ensuring every student feels supported, confident, and set up for success.

What you'll do
  • Support students to succeed while maintaining high standards of training and assessment
  • Deliver and assess online and/or virtual training, ensuring assessments are marked promptly
  • Engage and motivate students via phone, Moodle messaging, webinars, and email
  • Monitor student progress and encourage timely completion within expected enrolment durations
  • Maintain accurate records and file notes within the LMS
  • Participate in moderation and validation activities
  • Maintain vocational competency and compliance with Pinnacle's standards and policies
What you'll bring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong teamwork and time-management skills
  • Confidence with digital tools and online systems
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE trainers must also hold a higher-level adult education qualification)
  • Vocational competencies in the areas you teach and assess
  • Currency and experience within your subject area
  • Prior experience with e-learning or virtual delivery (highly regarded)
